I'll also be doing it this year in SF on 12/13 and Vancouver on 12/20. Santa Starchy is a very dedicated Santa.

The usual tack seems to be getting a few heads together to plan it out, then releasing the basic details via however many of the above, telling people to spread the word wisely.
